Recently, a friend dialed 191 and any of the national emergency numbers for help but he could not be assisted because he was a stranger in that locality and he did not even know the proper name of the area, let alone the landmarks for a clearer direction. Luck shown on his side that the life threatening situation was resolved but as I thought about this, I caught some understanding and I am very glad to share it with you.

When done reading, kindly share your views on the topic: God doesn’t need Google Maps during emergency before He could save you.

The situation of my friend could be largely blamed on his inability to tell his location and the poor naming of the streets in Ghana have also worsened the case.

When you call the police, the ambulance, fire service and any other helplines to save you, they will always ask of your location to know exactly where you are calling from but God doesn’t need Google maps and any geographical studies to locate you before assisting you.

God doesn’t need a torch or any form of light to identify you even in your darkest moments in life and in the darkest part of the world. David said: Even though I walked through the valley of the shadow of death, you are with me (Psalm 23:4). The fact that people have rejected you and you feel lonely in life does not mean God is not with you.

Your location may not be captured on the national map, Google Maps and Google Earth but God knows exactly where He has positioned you. When God dispatches an angel to visit you, they do not get lost and delay the messages because you are in the palms of God and you are right before His very eyes.

Cast all your burdens onto God for He cares (1 Peter 5:7). In times of trouble and in your darkest moments, just called unto Him, He is ever ready to listen to you regardless of His busy schedules (Jeremiah 33:3)

Remember, God does nothing until you invite Him through prayer to intervene in your affairs. God richly bless you for being a blessing to others.
