Invest to harvest something. Every action or reaction you take in life is an investment made and that reaction or action taken will attract some harvest of a sort. And if truly that is the case, then don’t you think you should be intentional about the actions you take? I honestly think you should.
Whatever you do can be likened to sowing seeds. You have to be mindful about your actions because whatever you do and continuously do will sprout into a seedling, gain roots, grow into a plant and bear fruits in your life.
By your deeds you are sowing seeds that will someday become your fruits; your harvest. This should therefore make us cautious when we set out each day to do what we do to better our lives.
In my opinion, three crucial areas are worth investing in on a daily basis. How you invest and manage these three areas will help you experience a revolution and live life better. What should you invest?
3 Area to Invest Daily
- Invest Your Time:
Time is life! How you use your time routinely can predict what will become of your life. Use your time profitably. Plan and prioritize your time and work with a ‘To-Do List’. Also, pray and ask God to teach you to number your days so you may apply your heart unto wisdom.
- Invest in Your Thinking:
“As a man thinks, so is he!” Proverbs 23:7. Avoid the practice of lazy thinking but devote time for it. Think through whatever you want to do with your life from day to day. When you become a skillful thinker, you would realize that every problem has a hidden solution only thinking can unveil. When you make time to ponder, you won’t wander; you can only do wonders with your life.
- Invest in Your Talent:
Talent is the new currency! Hone your talent. Sharpen it and build it into a skill. It is skills that make the kill. When you stretch yourself to the limits you will gain the needed strength and skill to stand out. When you train yourself and become the best at what you do, you will harvest amazing rewards. Unleash your latent talent, polish it, publish it and profit from it.
You can only get out of life what you put in. Where there is no input there will be no output. It is only when you invest that you will harvest. You can invest in many things and harvest many things in return. But whatever you do, don’t forget to invest your time profitably, your thoughts strategically and your talents tactically. These will determine what will become of your life.
